Why should I use your App instead of WhatsApp Broadcast?

WhatsApp Broadcast messages only reach recipients who have saved your number. Our app allows message delivery regardless of whether your number is saved.

 

How many messages can I send?

There’s no strict limit, but we recommend sending 300–400 messages per batch. Some users have sent 2,600+ messages without issue. A random delay of 15–25 seconds is added between messages (approx. 3–4 messages per minute).

 

How to Send Messages to WhatsApp Groups

  1. Download the Chrome Extension from this link.
  2. Open WhatsApp Web and log in.
  3. Go to BulkMessageApp and refresh the page twice.
  4. Click on “Lists” → “Manage” → “Add Group” to add desired groups.
  5. Create a campaign and send messages to the group list.

 

How to Extract Numbers from WhatsApp Groups

  1. Install our Chrome Extension.
  2. Log in to WhatsApp Web.
  3. Visit our Group Extractor tool.
  4. Download the group contact list (CSV).
  5. Import it into a new list from the “Lists” section.

Not if you follow our guidelines. Customers using the app responsibly have no issues.

  • Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
  • Excessive message frequency
  • Inappropriate content or behavior
  • Being reported or blocked by multiple users

 

How can I avoid getting blocked?

Do not send spam. Use the opt-in approach through ads and always remind people where they opted in.

 

Can I try the App for free?

Yes, you’ll get 100 free credits to test the platform.

 

Can users unsubscribe?

Yes. Add “Type and send STOP to unsubscribe” at the end of your message. We’ll auto-exclude such contacts.

WhatsApp Ticks Explained

  • Sent (✅): Reached WhatsApp’s server
  • Delivered (✅✅): Reached the recipient’s phone
  • Read (✅✅ blue): Opened by the recipient (if read receipts enabled)

 

Message Status Questions

Q: Why does my message stay on “Sent”?
A: The recipient may be offline, blocked you, or has uninstalled WhatsApp.

Q: Can a message be delivered but not read?
A: Yes, if it shows ✅✅ but no blue ticks.

Q: Can a message be read without showing blue ticks?
A: Yes, if read receipts are disabled.
