Before you report a problem try the following steps and see if the problem goes away

  1. Make sure your WhatsApp number has a profile picture. Without a profile picture the App will not activate.
  2. Check which version of Bulk Message App you are using. If you are using an older version remove the current version first and install the new version from the website 
  3. If you are still not able to solve the problem, try a new Chrome Profile. It might be possible that the Bulk Message App chrome extension is clashing with another Chrome extension. Click this link to learn how to add a new profile on Chrome. 
  4. Restart the computer and see if the problem goes away. Sometimes restarting the computer might help solve the problem.
  5. Run it in a new window. Running it as a TAB may prevent it from working if it is not the active tab.
  6. Do not minimize the window that is running the App.
  7. Do not maximize the window that is running the App.
  8. Make sure your CSV file does not have dashes, spaces or any other characters in the numbers column. Also make sure there are no blank rows in the CSV file for it to work.
  9. Make sure your CSV file has a column header “number”, all in lowercase for the WhatsApp numbers.
