What are the requirements to install and activate your software?
Browser: Chrome
Operating System: Windows or Mac computer.
This App does not work on a Mobile or Tablet (iPad).
NOTE: You need a profile photo for the App to function.
How many messages can I send with your App?
There is no limit, but we don’t recommend sending more than 300-400 messages in one go. Our customers have also sent 1000 messages without a problem. There is a 10-second delay between recipients, meaning six messages go every minute. That’s approximately 360 messages in an hour. Remember that if you send many messages, the recipients may reply, and thus someone has to reply to them.
I’m unable to send a Video.
WhatsApp has a limit on the size of the video. Download and use Handrake software on your computer to compress the video and then send it.
Can the software send messages to numbers not registered in my contact list?
No. Recently WhatsApp has updated their web app – https://web.whatsapp.com to send messages to numbers that are only saved on your Phone Book.
I’m getting a pop-up error that says: “number” column not found in your CSV. Please upload a valid CSV. What am I doing wrong?
The App cannot identify the column with the WhatsApp numbers. To determine the correct column, change the column’s heading to “number” without the quotes, all in lowercase.
After installing the app, I’m getting an error “Manifest version 2 is deprecated, and support will be removed in 2023”. Do I need to worry?
No. Till 2023, you do not have to worry about it. In 2023 we will fix this problem.
Can I use your App on multiple computers?
Yes. The license is linked to one WhatsApp number, not a specific computer. However, we have never tried simultaneously sending bulk messages from multiple computers. If your number gets blocked by WhatsApp, do let us know. 😃

Will my number get blocked if I use your App?
If you send SPAM, WhatsApp gives the users the option to REPORT your number or business to WhatsApp. If many people REPORT your number, your number will get blocked.
How should I prevent my number from getting reported by users to WhatsApp?
The solution is to not send SPAM.
What Is Spam?
Unsolicited means: not asked for; given or done voluntarily.
What will happen if my number gets Banned?

If I don’t send SPAM, will my number get blocked?
Although we don’t have any proof, documentation or evidence that your number will get blocked by WhatsApp if you attempt to send messages to INVALID numbers, we recommend you only send to valid ones.

If you suspect that someone has blocked you, go to their chat window and check their last seen or online status. If you are blocked, then here you will not see the last seen and online status.

Can I clean up my phone database and extract only WhatsApp Numbers from the database?

How do I build a clean database of clients who want to receive WhatsApp messages from me?
We recommend you use Advertising on Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to get leads. When people see your Ads, they have the option to OPT-IN to get your offers. So the likelihood of them ever reporting your number to WhatsApp is close to ZERO.
We always remind our customers with the image of the Ad they clicked on in the message to let them know they asked for what I am sending them. Once I remind them that they asked for what I am offering, they never report my number on WhatsApp.
But Advertising is too expensive, and I can’t afford to acquire a database using Ads. What should I do?
Then we don’t recommend using our App as the likelihood of your number getting reported will be HIGH, and your number will get banned. I hope this clarifies.
Can I try your App for free to see if my number gets blocked?
Yes. You can try the LITE version for FREE for life. If it works fine, then you can upgrade to the PRO version.
Note: Once you buy the PRO version, there are no refunds if your number gets reported by users and your number gets blocked by WhatsApp.

We recommend that you first read the contents of the link above and then arrive at your answer. We’ve been using it without sending SPAM or sending to INVALID numbers and have no problem using it. Because we do not send SPAM or messages to INVALID numbers, we can use it without a problem.

How long does it take to send messages?
We’ve incorporated a mandatory 7-second delay between messages to protect your number from getting BLOCKED. Sending attachments takes longer based on the file size, and the time to deliver your message in a batch can vary. You can use the pause feature if it takes too long. Then resume the batch delivery the next day. There is a delay when switching from one chat to the next from 1-4 seconds. It also depends on the speed of the computer/mobile, the internet, and the storage used on the Mobile.
After I enter the license code, the App disappear?
First, remove the current version of the App from your Extensions. Download and Install the latest version on your computer and see if it resolves the problem.
If not, there might be another Chrome Extension clashing with the App. Create a new profile on Chrome to resolve the problem.

When I click Activate it gets stuck. What am I doing wrong?
Maybe there is another Chrome Extension which is clashing with the app, so you can create a new profile on Chrome and see if the problem is resolved.

I get an error: Max 5 Tags (Columns) Allowed. What am I doing wrong?
When creating a CSV file, you cannot have more than five columns. Please ensure you have the number column and a maximum of four more columns or tags when creating the CSV file.
What does the Status mean in the Reports?
Sent: Successfully Sent to the person’s WhatsApp number
Invalid: The Number is either a Mobile or a Landline which is not active on WhatsApp. You should ensure you never send messages to these numbers ever because WhatsApp will block your number.
Skipped: The Number skipped because it was in the “excluded numbers”. Ideally, all invalid numbers should be added to the “excluded numbers” box when you send future messages, which will protect your number from getting blocked.
Unsent: The system could not send messages to that number for multiple reasons like the Internet Connection being down or the WhatsApp Service not working. You should try and resend messages to these numbers if you want them to get your message. When this happens, click retry at the end of the batch.
Failed: This is a rare situation where something changed on WhatsApp because the Bulk Message App could not send messages. When this happens, choose to retry those messages again.
My messages get stuck sometimes. What should I do?
